Kosten und Teilnahmebedingungen:

Das Projekt ist Bestandteil des Markterschließungsprogramms für KMU und unterliegt den De-minimis-Regelungen. Der Eigenanteil der Unternehmen für die Teilnahme am Projekt beträgt in Abhängigkeit von der Größe des Unternehmens:

250 EUR (netto) für Unternehmen mit weniger als 2 Mio. EUR Jahresumsatz und weniger als 10 Beschäftigten

850 EUR (netto) für Unternehmen mit weniger als 150 Mio. EUR Jahresumsatz und weniger als 750 Beschäftigten

1.500 EUR (netto) für Unternehmen ab 150 Mio. EUR Jahresumsatz oder ab 750 Beschäftigten.

Individuelle Reise-, Unterbringungs- und Verpflegungskosten werden von den Teilnehmenden selbst getragen.

Für alle Teilnehmenden werden die individuellen Beratungsleistungen in Anwendung der De-Minimis-Verordnung der EU bescheinigt. Teilnehmen können maximal 12 Unternehmen. Anmeldungen werden in der Reihenfolge des Eingangs berücksichtigt. KMU haben Vorrang vor Großunternehmen.

Textechno – Your reliable partner for quality control Textechno looks back on a company history of more than 75 years, which is characterized by numerous innovations and patents. The family business is still privately owned. The Mönchengladbach site employs 60 people – 10 of them in design and development – and the subsidiary LENZING INSTRUMENTS in Austria employs 25 people. Located in one of the textile centre’s of Germany, the product portfolio includes testing equipment for the entire textile industry. In the field of manmade fibres and filament yarns, Textechno is the global technology and market leader. Since 2004, we have been offering solutions for the natural fibre spinning industry, since 2010 in the area of high-strength and reinforcing materials or composites and since 2021 also for the recycling industry.

Target groups include production control and incoming quality inspection in fiber and yarn testing. Applications range across man-made fiber spinning, short-fiber spinning mills (man-made, natural, and recycled fibers), filament yarn spinning and texturing plants, as well as companies in recycling and composites. For more than 175 years, the traditional company Xetma Vollenweider has been developing and manufacturing machine systems for the surface finishing of textiles with Swiss precision and German quality. Soft Touch – Sueding
Unique surface effects - as delicate as a rose petal - demand innovative processes. With Xetma Vollenweider machines and their possible technologies of Emerizing and Brush-Sueding as well as combined Raising & Emerizing or combined Emerizing & Brush-Sueding have been developed novel surface effects, such as our Rose Petal Touch, Moss Touch or the traditional Peach Skin effects, which are not only important for apparel but also for the automotive and home textile industries. Different fabric qualities can be processed with uniform effects at high performance while maintaining the required basic features of fabrics.

Plush Touch – Raising
To achieve a fluffy, voluminous handle or warming properties, innovative raising machines are required for all types of textile fabrics - from cuddly blankets to outdoor sportswear. The various raising effects are produced by different ratios of pile and counter-pile rollers. By combining the technologies Raising and Emerizing in one process extraordinary surface effects can be created at maximum output speeds, which
would not be possible with conventional technologies. Thus, a homogeneous fabric surface with a uniquely soft and at the same time voluminous handle is achieved.

Even Touch - Shearing, Polishing, Tigering, Float-Shearing
Shearing machines from Xetma Vollenweider have been processing all types of textiles at customers worldwide for more than 145 years with the highest level of quality, reliability and durability. The variable combination of shearing, polishing and tigering technologies offers individual solutions for the respective applications to give the fabric a beautiful and even surface. An uniform pile, shiny effects or the cutting of embroidery jump stitches and weft or warp floats are the results of the high-quality and patented systems.

Level Touch - Carpet Shearing
Xetma Vollenweider carpet shearing machines offer the best performance and highest precision in the processing of all types of woven and tufted carpets, needle felts and artificial turf on machine systems up to 6.0 meters width in a robust design and long service life. New developed systems for carpet pile cleaning and for carpet pile glazing provide unique add-value technologies for a wide range of fiber materials, such as Acrylic, Viscose, Bamboo and traditional Wool.

Clean Touch – Cloth cleaning and finishing
Originally designed for cleaning loom stage woven fabrics prior to finishing, the fabric cleaning solutions of Xetma Vollenweider are nowadays used at various points of the textile production to increase the qualitylevel and to reduce processing costs.
