The house is ideal for up to six adults or for a family with children. Next to its beautiful setting out in the green, it is the vicinity to urban centres such as Nice or Cannes that makes the place a perfect holiday destination for us. Mountains, beaches, cultural life - not to forget the international airport of Nice - all at your doorstep, less than 30 minutes away.
The one storey house is located approximately 8km west of Cannes in an extensive landscape. The cities of Cannes, Grasse, Antibes and Nice as well as beaches near by are reachable within a 15 minutes drive. The golf club 'Royal Mougin' is down the road (5 minutes walk) - other golf courses are available in Sr. Donat (also with tennis courts), Cannes and Mougins, Opio, Valbonne, Grasse, Cannes-Mandelieu etc. Shopping can of course be done in the cities and villages close by while there is an aboundant choice of supermarkets within a five minute drive.
The house with 150 sqm living space is located on a 4.000 sqm property which is visually not accessible. Access to the property is easy with abundant space for vehicles to park next to the house (same level parking, which is extremely helpful for children and elderly people). The large and well furnished terrace with swimming stretches from the living room area and the kitchen, again at the same level. The house offers a large bedroom with an adjacent fully equipped bathroom, three double bedrooms with wardrobes etc. and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. An additional guest toilet and an outdoor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is available. The living space is generous and serves all purposes for indoor time spent (dinner table, seating area, TV, fireplace etc.). The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, also with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The total area of the property is 4.000 square metres providing for a unique level of privacy (no neighbour can view the area). The pool offers 10 x 5 metres and is accessible via a ladder entry. The wooden outdoor furniture provides space for up to 12 persons. Sunbeds with accessory furniture such as side tables are available. The house can comfortably accommodate eight persons (if bedromms are shared).
Due to the bungalow style of the house, all rooms are more or less located on one level (only a six step stairway leads to the three guest bedrooms). The main entrances are located at the rear of the house from where to enter either the kitchen or the living room aread. The house offers:

The house does not offer air condition, but fans are available should guest feel the need for temperature control.
